The My Safe Florida Condo Pilot Program began accepting grant applications on July 1, 2025. To get started, review your inspection report, choose which recommended improvements to pursue, and secure approval from 75% of unit owners in the building.
You'll also need to:

Share the Program Disclosure Notice with unit owners

Confirm that windows are listed as common elements in your condo documents (if applying for opening protection)

Provide proof of expected insurance savings, such as a letter from your agent or a credit schedule
Important: Any work started before your application is approved will not qualify for funding.
